Welcome! I’m so glad you’re considering therapy. I work to ensure that your experience is smooth, and that any financial concerns are addressed up front. Here, you’ll find all the information you need regarding insurance and fees.

  • I am in-network with the following insurance providers:

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO (BCBS PPO) & Blue Choice PPO

    • United Healthcare/ Optum PPO

    • Aetna PPO

    If you plan to use your insurance, I will submit claims on your behalf to ensure that you are reimbursed for your therapy sessions. Please confirm your benefits and coverage with your insurance provider prior to your first session.

  • For those paying out-of-pocket, the fee for each session is $180.

    • Session Length: 50-55 minutes.

    • Recommended Frequency: I suggest starting with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum in our work together. However, we can adjust frequency based on your needs and goals.

  • I often have a waiting list to begin sessions. However, if you have flexibility with your schedule, there’s a chance I may be able to get you in sooner than expected.

  • My secure client portal makes managing your care easy and convenient. Through the portal, you can complete and access important documentation, message your provider directly, and join telehealth sessions with just a click. Log in here.
