It’s a profound privilege to walk alongside my clients as they explore their emotions, navigate challenges, and reconnect with their strengths. I approach therapy with deep respect for each person’s story, and I believe healing happens in the presence of compassion, curiosity, and safety.
In individual therapy, you’ll have space to slow down and listen inward — to parts of yourself that may have been silenced, overwhelmed, or simply needing attention. Together, we’ll create a supportive relationship where all of your feelings and experiences are welcome. There’s no need to have it all figured out. You can show up exactly as you are.
My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other integrative approaches that invite clarity, connection, and healing. I hold a gentle, steady presence as we explore patterns, make sense of your emotions, and work toward the shifts you’re longing for — whether that means more ease, confidence, connection, or simply feeling more like yourself again.
You don’t have to do this alone. Therapy is a space for you — and all parts of you — to be seen, heard, and supported.
Every relationship has its seasons — moments of closeness and connection, and moments of distance, tension, or hurt. When communication breaks down or emotions run high, it can feel like you're speaking different languages, even with the people you love most.
Couples and family therapy offers a space to pause and reconnect — not just with each other, but with the deeper needs, hopes, and histories that shape how you relate. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck, understand where they come from, and begin to shift them with compassion and intention.
I help partners and families move from reactivity to understanding, from blame to curiosity. Our sessions are a space where each person’s voice matters, where conflict can be faced without fear, and where connection can begin to feel possible again — even if it’s felt out of reach.
This work isn’t about “fixing” one person — it’s about tending to the relationship itself. With guidance, care, and a steady presence, we’ll create space for honesty, healing, and lasting change.
Whether you're navigating conflict, life transitions, disconnection, or simply want to grow together, I’m here to support you in building stronger, more authentic relationships — one conversation at a time.
Supporting other clinicians in their growth is a role I hold with deep respect and care. Whether you’re an emerging therapist building confidence in your voice, or a seasoned practitioner seeking space to reflect and refine, supervision is a collaborative process grounded in curiosity, honesty, and mutual learning.
I offer individual supervision and consultation for therapists who want to deepen their clinical work, explore complex cases, and remain connected to their own inner clarity and intuition. Our work may include case conceptualization, countertransference exploration, ethical dilemmas, or tending to the emotional toll of the work — all within a space that invites reflection, support, and authenticity.
My approach is relational, process-oriented, and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and trauma-sensitive care. I bring a warm and grounded presence, and I strive to create a space where you can show up fully — with your questions, your wisdom, and the parts of you that are still learning.
Whether you're working toward licensure, integrating a new modality, or simply needing a place to pause and reconnect with your purpose as a therapist, it’s an honor to support your journey.
You hold space for so many — supervision is a space for you.
